Shipping and Handling Agreement

This Shipping and Handling Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between PSDTHELABEL (referred to as "Seller") and the customer (referred to as "Receiver") for the purpose of establishing the terms and conditions governing shipping and handling of products purchased from the Seller's website.

1. Shipping Terms:

   a. Domestic Shipments: Seller shall ship the products within the country of origin using the specified shipping method selected by the Receiver during the checkout process.

   b. International Shipments: Seller shall ship the products to international destinations using the specified shipping method selected by the Receiver during the checkout process.

2. Additional Import Fees:

   a. For international shipments, it is important to note that additional import fees, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply when the products arrive in the Receiver's country.

   b. These additional import fees are not included in the cost of shipping charged by the Seller and are the sole responsibility of the Receiver.

   c. The Receiver acknowledges and agrees that they shall be responsible for paying any applicable import fees or charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

3. Shipping Delays:

   a. The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the products; however, the Seller shall not be held liable for any delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to customs inspections, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.

   By placing an order on the Seller's website, the Receiver acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping and Handling Agreement.
